After countless requests, sooo many test runs in the kitchen, and a few tantrums from the anti-curry crew… we can finally introduce our beloved Classic Chicken Empanada.

We wanted it to be special—not just another empanada.
With every trial, it was like she whispered, “Nope, not me…”
Until one day, after many ups and downs, one little empanada raised her hand and said, “It’s me, Che!”

We took our time—36 to 48 hours to be exact—because we don’t believe in shortcuts when it comes to flavor.
We marinate the chicken with care, cook it slowly, and shred it with love.
