We spare no effort in bringing you the finest ingredients: we import sun-dried tomatoes from South Italy (Puglia) and soak them in olive oil and herbs for a minimum of three months.

Then, we blend them with cheese and fresh basil to craft our premium empanada....

Very very tasty/ Están buenísimas!

Me encantó el sabor bien profundo que le da el tomate seco, diferente a cuando se usa tomate fresco. Nos gustó mucho! // Love the deep flavour given by the dry tomate, so different than when we use fresh tomate. Love it!
